Welcome to SEAGOVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL

We are excited to welcome you and your family to Dallas ISD. All students of qualifying age living within the boundaries of Seagoville Middle School are eligible to attend.

To REGISTER your child

Please visit the district's registration page at:

https://choose.dallasisd.org/login

Create or Login to the account & make sure to select Begin Registration NOT Application.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ONLINE REGISTRATION:

NEW STUDENT THAT HAS NEVER ATTENDED DISD:

BIRTH CERTIFICATE
PARENT ID
PROOF OF ADDRESS WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS (ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS ARE: CURRENT LEASE/MORTGAGE AGREEMENT; OR CURRENT GAS, WATER, OR ELECTRIC BILL. MUST BE MOST RECENT DOCUMENT. )
IMMUNIZATION RECORD
PREVIOUS SCHOOL WITHDRAWAL FORM

RETURNING STUDENTS:

PARENT ID
PROOF OF ADDRESS WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS (ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS ARE: CURRENT LEASE/MORTGAGE AGREEMENT; OR CURRENT GAS, WATER, OR ELECTRIC BILL. MUST BE MOST RECENT DOCUMENT. )

Make sure to SUBMIT until you see the Confirmation Message.

Once done, you and your child can report to the school with all documents to get finalize registration.
